The Statue of Unity is a 182 meter tall statue of the country’s first Home Minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. It is the tallest statue in the world. This statue is near Sardar Sarovar Dam on Narmada River in Kevadiya Colony in Gujarat. It was designed by Indian sculptor Ram V Sutar. The project was first announced in the year 2010. It was unveiled by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on October 31, 2018.

The laser show at the Statue of Unity illuminates the 182 meter height structure. The laser show starts at 7 pm. Laser show about Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Will showcase his journey and its role in building India as a nation from different subcontinents.
The show uses sculptures as a canvas with a beautiful mix of laser illumination, sound, graphics and storytelling. The 30-minute show enthralled the audience. A total of 51 high resolution projectors are being used in the show. All of these are fixed at a distance of 600 metres. The show starts around 7 pm.

Light and Sound Show at Sardar Sarovar Dam
Considered to be the third highest dam in India and the second largest in the world, Sardar Sarovar Dam is one of the biggest tourist attractions. At night, the dam is lit up with a twinkling light which entertains the crowd with sound effects followed by the dance.

- Statue of Unity opens at 8:00 am and closes at 6:00 pm from Tuesday to Sunday.
- The Laser Light & Sound Show can be viewed daily except Mondays from 7:00 PM onwards.
